Housing Information
Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) gives active service members two options for housing; living on post or finding a home off-post within the community.

• Once you have orders to move, contact The Housing Management Office (301) 342-3846. They can answer all of your housing questions and provide services such as referrals, resolving tenant-landlord disputes, and guidance for entering lease agreements. 

NAS Patuxent River On Base Housing 

• Enlisted bachelors can contact the Unaccompanied Housing Office (301) 995-2754 for assistance with room assignment. 

• On-base housing at NAS Patuxent River is privatized and operated by Liberty Military Housing (240-384-2435), which offers 749 single family homes for rent based upon rank and family size. Some of the amenities includes: swimming pool and fitness center.
