The nearest major airport to NAS Patuxent River is the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport which is located about 68 miles from station. There is a base shuttle two times a day from Ronald Reagan National Airport. Contact the Transportation Office at 301-342-5088 to schedule a pick up.

If arriving by car from the Ronald Reagan National Airport, take Route 1 to Interstate 95 towards Baltimore. At Exit 7A take State Route 5 south to Route 235 (requires no exit). Follow 235 to 712, then Pine Hill Run Rd.
